- I live in Alaska and work full time as an engineer for the oil industry. I'm soooo blessed to work from home 100% of the time! Hubby also runs his business from home, so we are both home together 24/7.. which can be great and BAD... VERY VERY BAD! LOL

- Cooking from scratch (my daughter has food allergies, so it was forced upon me)

Just wanted to tell you that I made your Orange-Rosemary chicken for dinner tonight and the whole family loved it. (And since there are 7 of us, that's saying something!) I especially loved how easily the meal came together! :)
