Everything to Make Family Life Easier

What do you do with your leftover Hard boiled Eggs?

Easter is over and the cartons of hardboiled eggs are still full. How many ways can we fix up these little buggers and get the to be eaten instead of just tossed into the trash.

I'm using mine to make deviled eggs for a potluck this evening. I know that's only one way but how do you do it? What's your favorite way? If you just peel them and eat them what do you put on them? Salt? Pepper? Hot sauce? Fess up, ladies.

That's the only way I can think of too - is deviled eggs.

This year my husband poked holes in both ends and blew the soft yolks out - we used it in scrambled eggs and french toast.

I'll have to do that with my girls next year. I haven't done that since elementary school!

I like mine with peeled with salt, although we didtn make any this year because ds was in the hospital until saturday before Easter so no time for eggs.

Mmmmmm...lots of salt. LOL

I'm sorry your ds was in the hospital though.

Egg salad with curry powder, mustard powder, onion powder, and paprika. But then again, I'm pregnant and at the moment, could eat egg salad for days on end without getting sick of it. Hot sauce sounds good too - maybe some jalapenos? I've heard of wrapping them in ground beef, then breading them and frying them, which has always sounded odd, but tasty.

That sounds very odd.

I thought it was too, but I actually looked it up - it would be interesting to try, at any rate. Anyone game enough?
