It's such a drag when a doc you really like isn't available to you anymore. now that you're in the market for a new GYN, I'd give you essentially the same advice as I did in my article about finding a pediatrician ( http://www.blissfullydomestic.com/2008/02/how-to-pick-a-p.html )...substituting OBGyn for pediatrician, of course! Ask your friends, family, neighbors, etc. who their docs are. And don't be afraid to schedule a brief getting to know you session with potential docs. It's really common with OB's, too!
